Team Workout builds upon and grows out of our best seller, 50 Activities for Team Building, Volume 1 published by HRD Press in 1992. That book was selected by Human Resource Executive Magazine as one of the Top Ten Training Tools of 1992 and went on to become one of HRD Press' most successful publication of its kind.

In the interim, the business world has changed dramatically as has our knowledge of teams in the workplace.
