  1. Team Training: A series of one and two-day skill building workshops covering the basics of teamwork, cross-functional teams, facilitation skills, listening skills, meeting management and conflict resolution. The programs are delivered either as open enrollment sessions or as customized designs for intact teams. All workshops are highly interactive and action oriented and include a workbook reference manual.
    Typical Assignments.
  2. Team Building: A process designed for an intact team that is experiencing problems or wants to increase its effectiveness. The process includes an intensive data collection and diagnosis phase followed by feedback and action planning with the team. The outcome is a plan for individual and team development.

  3. Team Consulting: A variety of activities including assessing organizational readiness for teams, providing advice on the best approach to creating a team environment, recommending systems supports for teams, consulting with senior management on their role in the team process, working with human resources and quality staff on skill and process support for teams and evaluating the effectiveness of existing teams.
    Typical Assignments.
  4. Team Presentations: A variety of different presentations for corporate meetings and conferences focusing on aspects of teamwork. All presentations are interactive, lively and humorous. Topics include meeting effectiveness, cross-functional collaboration, being a team player, and elements of a successful team.

  5. Team Diagnosis: A number of customized data collection and diagnostic tools such as surveys, interviews, focus groups and process observation. All tools are developed in collaboration with the client to ensure they are tailored, in language and content, to the targeted work environment.
