- Effective Conflict Resolution: In this fast-paced, half day workshop, participants will learn the dynamics of conflict, how their approach impacts conflict resolution and a walk away with tools for achieving win-win agreements with colleagues, team members and family.
- How to Build Strong Teams and Develop Team Players: This one-day workshop is built on the premise of "The Three Dimensions of Teamwork." Program goals include learning how to (1) be an effective team player, (2) develop a successful team, and (3) build creative relationships with key stakeholders. Participants leave the program with a plan to increase their personal effectiveness and improve the effectiveness of their team.
- Skills and Techniques for Successful Cross-Functional Teamwork: This workshop is designed for product development, customer service, quality and other teams composed of people from different parts of the organization. The heart of the program is a simulation designed especially for this workshop. The flexible design allows the program to be run as one-day, day and a half or two-day session depending on the needs of the group.
- Building a Meeting Facilitator's Toolkit: This is a customized one-day course that teaches the tools and techniques of facilitating team and other group sessions. The program is built around the 15 Behaviors of an Effective Facilitator. The curriculum includes presentations and skill building exercises focusing on the various behaviors followed by practice sessions using customized scenarios that simulate meetings in the client organization.
- How to Plan and Conduct a Successful Team Meeting: In this half day program, participants learn how to prepare a meeting notice and agenda, reduce the number and length of meetings, conduct a successful meeting and deal with problem participants. A meeting assessment instrument, skill practice exercises and sample materials reinforce the goals.
- Facilitating a Teleconference : This unique course is conducted as teleconference. In other words, participants learn how to facilitate a teleconference via a teleconference! The class is limited to eight participants and runs for a total of three hours with a break.
- Team Empowerment: A three-hour module that looks at the meaning and impact of empowerment in a team setting, assesses the team's current level of empowerment and concludes with a plan for making more effective use of empowerment.
- Boundary Management: A practical, focused module that helps a team analyze its key stakeholders, identify the type of support required for successful teamwork and create a plan for improving boundary management with the key support groups.
